When you request a quote or documents, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, how you prefer to be contacted, and the details of your request. We collect nothing else about you on this website. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request and to prepare a quote or send the documents you asked for. We don’t sell or share your information for marketing.

How it reaches us

The website itself does not store your request. When you send it to our inbox, it is passed through our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and delivered as an email to the company. If you choose “Send on WhatsApp”, your message goes through WhatsApp under WhatsApp’s own terms. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows, or as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us on +27 62 600 8115 to make a request. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator.
